Required
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Experience with new node introductions, production yield ramps, or technology transfer
- Semiconductor device physics knowledge and device characterization skills
- Statistical analysis and data-driven problem-solving experience
- Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to have
- Hands-on DRAM, NAND, or NOR experience
- Memory architecture and array operation knowledge
- Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers
