- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current state RN licensure
- BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- ACLS or ALS certification from AHA or American Red Cross (within first year of hire)
- Three years of recent clinical nursing experience
- One year of healthcare management experience
- High degree of clinical expertise in intensive care nursing
- Leadership and management skills
- Communication and conflict resolution skills
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
- Five years of recent ICU experience
- Two years of progressive nursing leadership and management experience
