- Master's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optics, or related field with 10+ years of experience, or PhD with 7+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Ansys/Lumerical and Cadence Virtuoso
- Experience designing high-speed active optical devices including MZM and MRM
- Experience with passive optical components including couplers, splitters, PSR, and WDM
- RF and Signal Integrity simulation and optimization experience
- Programming proficiency for data analysis and layout automation
