Required
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus 4 years related aviation experience
- 5 years technical maintenance operations, operations planning, or warehouse/materials experience in aviation
- 3 years leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Part 121 FAA regulations
- Real-time operational environment experience
- Aircraft routing and maintenance scheduling knowledge
- KPI development and performance metric reporting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
