  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus 4 years related aviation experience
  • 5 years technical maintenance operations, operations planning, or warehouse/materials experience in aviation
  • 3 years leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of Part 121 FAA regulations
  • Real-time operational environment experience
  • Aircraft routing and maintenance scheduling knowledge
  • KPI development and performance metric reporting
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
