- 8+ years Finance Operations experience
- Order-to-Cash expertise including cash application, collections, and dispute management
- AR portfolio management and collections strategy experience
- Global shared services or BPO/MSP model experience
- Invoice-to-Cash process knowledge
- ERP system experience (e.g., SAP)
- Data-driven analytical skills
- Process improvement and automation experience
- Stakeholder management in global matrixed environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI opportunities in collections
- Experience with specific collections tools
