Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or Associate's degree with equivalent hands-on experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in testing, engineering, laboratory, or related technical environments
- Ability to work in laboratory and office environments with extended computer and equipment use
Nice to have
- Experience in research, development, or test laboratory environment
- Exposure to test automation concepts or implementation
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment
- Experience with quality control or testing of complex electronic systems
