- 10+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related field with software/SaaS focus
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Advanced financial modeling skills including ARR/SaaS cohort modeling, three-statement forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and valuation/returns analysis
- Led financial due diligence and complex modeling workstreams for acquisitions or investments
- Comfortable working directly with senior executives, advisors, and cross-functional partners
- Strong coordination and organization skills across parallel workstreams
- Experience with recurring-revenue business metrics (ARR, net dollar retention, churn, LTV/CAC, gross margin, payback)
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems and translate quantitative insights into executive narratives
