What they ask for
Required
- 5–9 years of manufacturing or related production experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shift schedules
- Willingness to work night shifts (6pm–6am)
- Comfortable standing and walking 8–10 hours per day in cleanroom suit
- Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation
Nice to have
- College degree to offset some manufacturing experience requirement
- Leadership experience coordinating team activities
- Experience training team members on procedures
