- Clinical externship or extensive clinical experience
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Valid Ohio LPN license (if applying as LPN)
- Graduate of approved practical nursing program (if applying as LPN)
Nice to have
- Medical assistant certification
- Cleveland Clinic externship experience
- One year of patient care experience
