What they ask for
Required
- Approximately 2 years of professional experience in system administration, DevOps, infrastructure operations, or comparable technical role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Practical experience with Linux and Windows operating systems including troubleshooting, configuration, and patching
- Working knowledge of version control systems, especially Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Practical exposure to Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, scripting with Bash or Python, containers, and virtualization
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform in AWS environments
- AWS services experience beyond basic compute (IAM, networking, storage, monitoring, security)
- Networking fundamentals including VPN, DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancing, and certificates
- Infrastructure security scanning and vulnerability management experience
- Open-source compliance reporting knowledge
- Agile or Scrum methodologies experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Teams
- Insurance domain experience
