Required
- 1–2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience with operational tasks like merchandising or stockroom work
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand/walk entire shift
- Able to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch and safely use ladders/step stools
- Wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
- Availability for at least 16 hours/week on peak days (Fri/Sat/Sun/holidays) or mix of peak and non-peak days
Nice to have
