- Experience across research and drug development phases including regulatory submissions (IND/CTA through NDA/BLA/MAA)
- Demonstrated matrix leadership of complex programs with high visibility
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership
- Ability to manage interdependencies across therapeutic areas, functions, and geographies
- Expertise in program management methodologies including planning, control, risk management, and stakeholder management
Nice to have
