- 5+ years leading major government cost estimating efforts
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- U.S. citizenship

- Master's degree in engineering or business
- 8+ years government cost estimating experience
- Experience with cost summaries, learning curves, and cash flow analysis
- Work breakdown structure and cost volume generation
- Technical Requirements Documents and Statement of Works analysis
- Basis of estimates and bill of materials preparation
- Integrated Master Schedules and DCMA 14-point checks review
- Cost and schedule risk analysis
- Space vehicle design and operations knowledge
- DoD or Intelligence Community proposal experience
- ProPricer or other pricing software experience
