What they ask for
Required
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of tires, batteries, propane tanks, and tire bay equipment
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Supervise tire bay team members
Nice to have
- High school diploma or college degree
- Prior tire installation and sales experience
- Level 400 certified technician status
