Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience plus 8+ years of software development
- Strong production programming in C and C++ with deep modern C++ knowledge
- Experience with generic programming, templates, and type systems
- Systems-level software development with demanding performance and concurrency requirements
- Practical experience with CUDA or similar parallel/heterogeneous programming
- Production software or foundational library development including testing and profiling
- Understanding of API and ABI compatibility
- Ability to work independently and drive complex projects
- Clear written communication for technical documentation
- Experience in large C/C++ codebases with build systems and CI infrastructure
Nice to have
- Strong CPU/GPU architecture understanding and performance optimization experience
- Hands-on experience with GPU-accelerated stacks like CUDA C++, PyTorch, JAX, Numba, or CuPy
- Proficiency with Thrust, CUB, and libcudacxx
- Compiler infrastructure experience with LLVM, Clang, or MLIR
- Knowledge of binary interfaces, linking, versioning, and cross-platform distribution
- Interest in developer tools and library design
