- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 4+ years of experience
- Expertise in computational target identification approaches including functional genomics and perturbation screens
- Experience developing and deploying applied AI agents or LLM-driven applications
- Systems biology and disease biology grounding in drug discovery
Nice to have
- PhD in Computational Biology, Systems Biology, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Deep expertise with single-cell and spatial omics analysis
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Oncology-specific experience
- Strong publication record in computational biology, machine learning, or bioinformatics
