What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years of legal experience in capital markets, crypto, or financial services
- 3+ years at a top-tier law firm
- J.D. or foreign equivalent and active U.S. State Bar membership
- Extensive experience drafting and negotiating crypto, fintech, and capital markets agreements
- Knowledge of traditional finance capital markets concepts and their digital asset intersections
- Experience supporting institutional partnerships on capital markets and exchange transactions
- Ability to manage multiple transactional matters and coordinate across legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting considerations
- Comfort with AI tools for workflow efficiency while maintaining independent legal judgment
- Availability for negotiations outside standard business hours to support global teams
Nice to have
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory landscape across key global markets for digital assets, stablecoins, and tokenization
- Prior exposure to ISDA documentation or master trading agreements
- Prior experience with Monetary Authority of Singapore and Financial Supervisory Service regulations
- Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, ChatGPT, and other AI tools and GSuite
