  • 6+ years of product management in B2B software
  • 3+ years owning security, endpoint, client-agent, or platform/infrastructure products
  • Experience shipping software that runs on customer devices (endpoint agents, system services, drivers)
  • Day-to-day collaboration with engineering teams on backlog, tradeoffs, and iterative delivery
  • Comfort with technical topics including OS internals, security controls, telemetry, APIs, deployment tooling, and cloud services
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Use of data and customer feedback to drive decisions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks across teams
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working with local and remote teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer and CrowdStrike locations
  • BA or BS degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience

Nice to have

  • Background in cybersecurity, specifically endpoint security, EDR, or XDR
  • Platform product management experience building reusable internal services and APIs
  • Familiarity with enterprise endpoint deployment and management (MDM, RMM, configuration management)
  • Experience partnering with security research, threat intelligence, or detection content teams
  • Proven use of AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree
