- Minimum ten years of progressively responsible experience in insurance, underwriting, product development, product management, legal, compliance, claims, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience leading product-development initiatives, policy form drafting, endorsement design, product governance programs, or regulatory implementations
- Technical knowledge of Medical Professional Liability, General Liability, Excess Liability, and Umbrella Liability insurance products
- Deep understanding of insurance policy construction, endorsements, manuscript drafting, coverage interpretation, and underwriting guidelines
Nice to have
- Master's degree
- Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, RPLU, ARM, or ASLI
