  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum ten years of progressively responsible experience in insurance, underwriting, product development, product management, legal, compliance, claims, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience leading product-development initiatives, policy form drafting, endorsement design, product governance programs, or regulatory implementations
  • Technical knowledge of Medical Professional Liability, General Liability, Excess Liability, and Umbrella Liability insurance products
  • Deep understanding of insurance policy construction, endorsements, manuscript drafting, coverage interpretation, and underwriting guidelines

Nice to have

  • Master's degree
  • Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, RPLU, ARM, or ASLI
  • Healthcare insurance industry experience with Medical Professional Liability and related healthcare casualty products
