- Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state
- ASN or ADN degree or equivalent clinical experience
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Tuberculosis test clearance
- Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver
Nice to have
- 2+ years IV therapy experience
- PICC and peripheral line experience
- Medication mixing experience
- Titration experience
- BSN degree
