Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Clinical pastoral education (four units) or commitment to complete within two years
- Clergy endorsement
- English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to walk production and non-production floors multiple times daily including stairs and uneven surfaces
- Reliable transportation for independent travel to facilities
- Physical capability to work long shifts in varying temperatures
Nice to have
- Master's degree
- 3+ years of chaplain experience in culturally diverse, faith-inclusive setting
- Chaplain board certification
- Bilingual skills
- Basic case management and mental health assessment skills
