Required
- 2+ years professional MIG and/or TIG welding experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly
- Steel and stainless steel production experience
- Hands-on welding test passing
- Full PPE compliance including welding helmet, gloves, and steel-toed boots
- Drug screen and background check passing
Nice to have
- AWS welding certification or equivalent
