- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, aerospace, or related field)
- Extensive hands-on battery testing and validation experience
- Deep understanding of battery physics, safety behavior, and failure modes
- Experience designing and running performance, durability, abuse, and destructive test programs
- Hands-on proficiency with battery test equipment, cyclers, chambers, and DAQ systems
- Experience with HV battery bring-up, sensor instrumentation, and test fixture design
- 3+ years leading test engineering teams
