Required
- Minimum 1 year construction field experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and Class A or B commercial driver's license
- Able to read and comprehend blueprints and welding symbols
- Ability to work independently or within a crew with minimal supervision
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook
- Physical capability to climb ladders and work at elevations up to 100+ feet
- Capable of lifting and positioning equipment and materials in excess of 85 pounds
- Reliable vehicle access
- In and out of state travel and overtime availability
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
