  • 10+ years leading partner growth, business operations, distribution strategy, or monetization in DTC/streaming/subscription/platform businesses
  • Demonstrated success managing platform, OEM, channel, or distribution partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition and customer value
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities for evaluating partner performance and growth opportunities
  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across multiple functions in a matrixed organization
  • Experience driving cross-functional execution across complex partner ecosystems
  • Excellent executive communication and ability to synthesize complex business performance into clear recommendations
  • Minimum 3 days per week on-site attendance
