What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on IT engineering and architecture experience
  • 6+ years as a technical architect or lead engineer for content, digital, or AI platforms
  • 4–5 years of backend engineering with Python, Node.js, or Java
  • 4–5 years of hands-on DevOps and AWS infrastructure experience
  • Full-stack capabilities with backend and DevOps as core strengths
  • Experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, RDS, DynamoDB, DocumentDB
  • AI/ML and GenAI experience with Bedrock, SageMaker, LLM application development, and agentic AI frameworks
  • Strong IT governance understanding including data architecture, data privacy, and cyber security
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Pharmaceutical industry familiarity
  • Digital marketing and commercialization domain experience
  • MarTech ecosystem knowledge
  • AI/ML for marketing use cases such as content personalization and audience segmentation
  • ETL tools experience (AWS Glue, Informatica)
  • Enterprise application integration experience across CRM, ERP, CDP, CMS
  • Expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall)
