- 2+ years quality inspection or related inspection experience in aerospace or manufacturing
- proficiency reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- ability to use precision measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
- ability to walk constantly and stand 6-8 hours per day
- ability to climb ladders and work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day
- ability to bend and twist frequently up to 6 hours per day
- ability to squat and kneel
- ability to complete Fall Protection Training
- ability to use a respirator or be respirator certified
- English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
- US Person status as defined by export control regulations
Nice to have
- experience with Foreign Object Debris (FOD) risk assessment
- experience with 3D modeling tools
- high school diploma or GED
