What they ask for
Required
- Baccalauréat professionnel or BTS in surface treatment, chemistry or materials
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of bath surface treatment processes and solution chemistry
- Proficiency with measurement and control instruments
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Rigour, autonomy and organisational sense
- Knowledge of environmental and safety standards for surface treatment
Nice to have
- Experience in demanding industrial environments such as aerospace, space or automotive
- Certification for chemical hazard handling
