What they ask for
Required
- Active CPhT certification
- Minimum 5 years direct experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing or 503A/503B compounding
- Minimum 3 years training and evaluating aseptic processing personnel
- Deep understanding of USP <797>, USP <800>, cGMP, and FDA regulations
- Expertise in cleanroom protocol, contamination control, gowning, and aseptic techniques
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work day or night shift in 24/7 operation
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, pharmaceutical, or related field
- Experience developing training SOPs and competency checklists
- Experience with aseptic simulation and media fill validation programs
