  • 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 8+ years with an advanced degree

  • 5+ years in a relevant architecture discipline
  • 5+ years as AWS Solution Architect
  • 5+ years in enterprise architecture concepts
  • AWS solution architecture or TOGAF certification
  • 5+ years in data architecture and data management
  • Strong learning agility and analytical problem-solving
  • 3+ years with large enterprise ERP systems
  • 3+ years in business capability, process, technology, and data modeling
  • Experience in user experience modeling and information design
  • Strong business acumen and influence skills
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork
  • Strong communication and presentation skills including translating technical to business terms
  • Work experience in medical device industry or other regulated industry
  • Ability to mentor and develop teams
