What they ask for
Required
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
- Experience building, planning and executing medium-term product goals with pragmatic tradeoffs
- Extensive software testing and quality assurance experience with focus on test automation
- Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale test automation frameworks
- Expert proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with testing tools and best practices (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies: behavior, functional, performance, unit, security, contract
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of SDETs
- Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale log management products handling petabyte-scale ingest volumes
- Exposure to or experience with cybersecurity products
- Existing exposure to Go, Kafka, GraphQL, Kubernetes, or Jenkins
