  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of professional experience shaping and delivering large IT solutions
  • Strong background across applications, system integration, business processes, infrastructure, cloud, or complex development environments
  • Fluent professional English and German, written and spoken
  • Customer-facing experience in IT presales, technical sales, consulting, or solution architecture
  • Experience solving customer problems, managing expectations, and creating winning proposals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and credibility to serve as primary solution authority
  • Broad architecture knowledge across IT outsourcing and cloud landscape including Hybrid IT, cloud adoption, application modernization, service integration, workplace, security, networking, and IT automation
  • Ability to design and govern large-scale multi-service-line solutions and assess cost, price, delivery, and risk implications
  • Commercial acumen including cost and price modeling, competitive positioning, and proposition integration
  • Industry knowledge connecting technology decisions to business outcomes
