- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years professional system software experience
- Proficiency in C++, C, and Python
- Source control tools
- Understanding of Linux, QNX, ROS, or real-time operating systems
- User-space system software development experience with willingness to work in kernel-space
- Knowledge of embedded systems, threading, synchronization, and parallel computing
- Familiarity with CPU/GPU/memory architecture and performance considerations
