Required
- 3–5 years of on-air anchoring and reporting in a top 20 market or comparable scale
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or related field
- Superior news judgment and understanding of local, national, and world events
- Ability to work accurately and calmly under extreme pressure and fluid deadlines
- Technical proficiency with newsroom systems, live technology, and editing tools
- Source development and original story generation
- Live ad-lib and breaking-news coverage abilities
