What they ask for
Required
- 4+ years HR or People Ops experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance (I-9s, wage & hour, documentation)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented and organized across multiple workstreams
- Comfortable with HR systems and tools (HRIS, ATS, Google Suite)
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Based in NYC with ability to travel throughout markets
