Required
- 5–10 years industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of electrical systems (motors, sensors, PLC basics)
- Knowledge of mechanical systems (bearings, belts, gearboxes)
- Knowledge of pneumatics and basic hydraulics
- Experience with automated production equipment
- Proven independent troubleshooting and repair capability
- Experience executing preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience in production environment supporting uptime
