- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or related field
- 5+ years of footwear design experience in lifestyle, sport lifestyle, athletic, fashion, or related categories
- Advanced understanding of lifestyle footwear design, construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of lifestyle footwear and streetwear culture and consumer behavior
- Ability to translate consumer and cultural insights into footwear solutions
- Strong concepting, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Expert ability to create technical footwear drawings, renderings, specifications, and tech packs
- Ability to balance innovative and commercial product objectives
- Portfolio demonstrating consumer understanding, concept development, storytelling, and footwear execution
