What they ask for
Required
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking configuration
- Hands-on knowledge of Workday Core HCM
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Understanding of Workday architecture and security models
- Experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations or significant module expansions
- Intellectual curiosity and strong root-cause analysis
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Nice to have
- 7+ years as a Workday Business Systems Analyst
- Workday Pro accreditations or partner certifications in HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking
- Understanding of Workday integration tools and patterns
- Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics, Extend, or advanced reporting
- Experience applying AI tools to HRIS or People operations
- Knowledge of complementary HR/Finance systems
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and security best practices
