What they ask for
Required
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related STEM field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 10+ years of Data Engineering or Platform Engineering experience
- At least 3 years architecting and building AI/ML platforms at massive scale
- Hands-on LLM engineering experience including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment
- Demonstrated experience designing large-scale distributed systems
- Prior Principal or Staff level engineering role with technical leadership and mentorship
Nice to have
- Direct experience building, deploying, and managing LLMs in production
- Prior experience in cybersecurity, intelligence, or high-compliance industries
- Open-source contributions related to data or AI/ML
