  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Minimum 10 years of workplace strategy, interior design, and space planning experience
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale multi-location design projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse teams
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
