- 10+ years in access, reimbursement, payer engagement, or HEOR roles in diagnostics, medical devices, or oncology
- Experience in oncology including precision medicine, biomarkers, or computational pathology
- Experience supporting or contributing to global access strategies across multiple geographies
- Ability to operate in matrixed, cross-functional environments and influence senior stakeholders
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, PhD, or PharmD
- Experience supporting diagnostics product launches
- Exposure to health economic evidence generation concepts
