Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a controller capacity at a P&C insurance company
- Strong knowledge of reinsurance operations including underwriting, claims, accounting and finance
- Insurance-technical accounting expertise with understanding of balance sheet and income statement relationships
- Ability to manage and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams
Nice to have
- CPA certification
- Experience with global macroeconomic analysis
- Systems-technical acumen for new finance platforms
