Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related field)
  • 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, product development, or program management
  • Track record of owning complex semiconductor programs from NPI through HVM ramp
  • Experience with AI tools or workflow automation in program management context
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor product development cycles and PLM
  • Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically distributed Product Development Teams
  • Experience owning and facilitating cross-organizational governance forums
  • Strong program scheduling tools expertise and ability to communicate schedule health at executive level
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority
  • Data-driven approach using metrics, dashboards, and analytics
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Nice to have

  • Experience with emerging Compute memory programs
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, SAP Hana, and Teamcenter
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
  • Experience mentoring or formally coaching other program managers
