Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related field)
- 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, product development, or program management
- Track record of owning complex semiconductor programs from NPI through HVM ramp
- Experience with AI tools or workflow automation in program management context
- Deep understanding of semiconductor product development cycles and PLM
- Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically distributed Product Development Teams
- Experience owning and facilitating cross-organizational governance forums
- Strong program scheduling tools expertise and ability to communicate schedule health at executive level
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation communication skills
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
- Data-driven approach using metrics, dashboards, and analytics
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Nice to have
- Experience with emerging Compute memory programs
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, SAP Hana, and Teamcenter
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Experience mentoring or formally coaching other program managers
