- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of technical experience with complex pneumatic and electrical systems
- Experience authoring and executing test plans and procedures
- Experience designing and commissioning pneumatic and electrical test equipment
- Knowledge of safety standards and test hazards
- Ability to lead failure investigations and root cause analysis
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-paced lean environments
