- 15+ years progressive experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or technology sector with focus on channel program management and professional services
- Advanced data literacy and proficiency with third-party tools and applications
- Strong working knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation platform architecture including storage, Kubernetes, and security components
- Direct experience structuring partner certification requirements and managing global routes to market
- Proven track record managing programs across multiple geographies (AMER, EMEA, APJ)
