What they ask for
Required
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from accredited institution
- Current state licensure as Registered Pharmacist or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days
- Basic Life Support certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross if administering immunizations
- Board of Pharmacy approved immunization administration course or certification if needed within 90 days
Nice to have
- Board Certification
- Post-Graduate Year 1 Residency, fellowship, or relevant post-graduate pharmacy experience
- Post-Graduate Year 2 Residency for oncology specialty positions
- Hospital experience in IV or clean room environment
