What they ask for
Required
- Currently own daily cash position and run bank portals or TMS
- Deep liquidity expertise: positioning, forecasting, pooling, intercompany funding, FX settlement
- Multi-entity, multi-currency experience including cross-border payments and repatriation
- Execute hands-on while building systems for scale
- Hands-on TMS experience (Kyriba, GTreasury, Trovata, Quantum, or similar)
- Think in audit trails, approval chains, and segregation of duties
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building new processes from scratch
- Treasury background with AI-first mindset
Nice to have
- 5–8 years in Treasury or cash management at growth or scaling companies
- Built or run a cash pooling, notional pooling, or in-house-bank structure
- Cash repatriation experience with Tax on dividends or intercompany loans
- Short-term investment or money-market experience
- Experience with bank APIs, SWIFT, or Treasury aggregators
- SOX readiness or IPO prep exposure
- CTP certification
