What they ask for
Required
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from accredited college
- Current state licensure as Registered Pharmacist or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days
- Current BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross if administering immunizations
- Current ACLS or PALS certification through AHA if responding to cardiopulmonary arrest
Nice to have
- Board certification
- Post-graduate year 1 residency, fellowship, or 2 years post-graduate pharmacy experience
- Post-graduate year 2 residency or relevant specialized pharmacy experience
- Prior inpatient pharmacy experience
