What they ask for

Required

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from accredited college
  • Current state licensure as Registered Pharmacist or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days
  • Current BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross if administering immunizations
  • Current ACLS or PALS certification through AHA if responding to cardiopulmonary arrest

Nice to have

  • Board certification
  • Post-graduate year 1 residency, fellowship, or 2 years post-graduate pharmacy experience
  • Post-graduate year 2 residency or relevant specialized pharmacy experience
  • Prior inpatient pharmacy experience
