What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years defense programs or program management experience
  • Experience leading directed energy, advanced weapons, or complex defense systems
  • Working knowledge of EACs, program financials, and earned value concepts
  • Direct experience with U.S. Army, NNSA, U.S. Air Force, or other government customers
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams on mission-critical systems
  • Operation in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
  • U.S. person status (ITAR requirement)
  • Secret clearance

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree beyond Bachelor's
  • Experience with high-energy laser (HEL) or counter-UAS systems
  • Background in rapid prototyping, fielding, and operational testing
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition pathways, OTAs, and rapid capability offices
  • Current U.S. Citizenship (for some contracts)
