Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field
- 10+ years defense programs or program management experience
- Experience leading directed energy, advanced weapons, or complex defense systems
- Working knowledge of EACs, program financials, and earned value concepts
- Direct experience with U.S. Army, NNSA, U.S. Air Force, or other government customers
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams on mission-critical systems
- Operation in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
- U.S. person status (ITAR requirement)
- Secret clearance
Nice to have
- Advanced degree beyond Bachelor's
- Experience with high-energy laser (HEL) or counter-UAS systems
- Background in rapid prototyping, fielding, and operational testing
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition pathways, OTAs, and rapid capability offices
- Current U.S. Citizenship (for some contracts)
