Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license passing fleet check
- Window and door installation experience
- Intermediate framing and construction knowledge
- Intermediate building code knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of service parts and procedures
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
- Ability to lift up to 83 pounds
- CORO Safety and Compliance training
- Lead Certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
Nice to have
- Renewal by Andersen installation experience
- Advanced finish carpentry skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Advanced understanding of water management and flashing
